Magenta Pink N Royal Blue Mercerized Cotton Brocade Saree

This elegant mercerized cotton brocade saree is crafted by skilled weavers from Phulia in Nadia district of West Bengal.

This saree features a stunning dual-tone effect, achieved by interweaving magenta pink and yellow yarns in the warp and the weft respectively. The saree has plain broad borders on both the sides in a royal blue and yellow dual shade, adding a striking contrast to the vibrant body. The saree is adorned with delicate hut and hen motifs, meticulously woven using the extra-weft technique on a jacquard loom. These motifs, created with royal blue supplementary yarn, are scattered gracefully across the body, adding a touch of charm and tradition. The elaborate pallu showcases intricate tribal motifs (inspired by Warli art), also woven using the extra-weft technique with royal blue supplementary yarns. To enhance its beauty, the pallu is finished with long, braided royal blue and magenta pink tassels. A matching running blouse piece is included in dual shaded magenta pink colour with royal blue stripes and a broad border in dual-toned royal blue.
