Light Asparagus Grey Begumpuri Cotton Saree

This light asparagus grey handspun cotton saree is handwoven in the small town of Begumpur in Hooghly district of West Bengal. This handloom mark saree has a beautiful extra weft woven flower pattern in white on maroon border with black edges. The border also has small temple pattern woven in black alongside the border, on the inner edges. Traditional border on the plain body makes this saree look very elegant. The pallu of the saree has maroon stripes on white that looks quite contrasting to the light asparagus grey body. The minimalism of the pallu is complimented with tassels. This saree comes without a blouse piece.

This soft comfortable saree is perfect for a regular day at office or for a casual outing. The saree would look beautiful with oxidised tribal jewellery.
