This beautiful batik printed greyish blue Tussar silk saree is woven and printed in the town of Bishnupur of Bankura district of West Bengal. This silk mark saree is a non-mulberry silk and has a unique colour combination of greyish blue and dark brown. The saree has a zari border which is further adorned with an attractive floral pattern, hand printed using batik technique in pink, light blue and white colours. The pallu of the saree is in dark brown colour and is adorned with a gorgeous figurine of a dancer using hand batik in the same colour combination of pink, light blue and white along with zari stripes, crossing the pallu vertically. The saree comes with a blouse piece in dark brown colour having broad zari border along with the same batik pattern in pink, light blue and white colours.
