Orange N Blue Ikkat Katan Silk Saree

This gorgeous fiery orange Katan silk saree is woven in the town of Bishnupur of Bankura district of West Bengal. This silk mark mulberry silk saree is woven with ikkat pattern in both the body and the pallu. The body of the saree has red and brown ikkat pattern on orange base. This saree has a very unsual and appealing colour combination with the pallu having aqua green ikkat pattern on azure blue base. The saree has a plain golden zari border. The saree comes with a plain blouse piece in same azure blue colour with a thin aqua green stripe on zari as a border.

This saree is perfect for a formal social or religious celebration. It’s a light weight saree having a very easy drape. This saree goes well with either stone/beads or jute/fabric or simple gold jewellery.
