Return and Refund Policy
At Tantutvaa, we want to see our customers happy. We understand that only a hassle-free shopping experience can make our customers satisfied and come back again. To make that possible, we provide an easy return policy for our customers just in case you do not find the product satisfactory.
Before you consider to avail the return service, we would like to bring your attention to some facts related to handwoven and handcrafted sarees. These sarees are woven with lot of dedication and hard work by the weavers. Since these are handmade there are chances of some uneven minor variations. Not just the weave, even the texture of the yarn is also uneven as they are handspun. Such imperfections signifies the authenticity of the product. At Tantutvaa, we take extreme care to ensure that we provide you quality stuff.
As we take utmost care to ensure that you enjoy an overwhelming shopping experience, we also ensure that our return policy is not abused as this deprives our genuine customers from receiving timely deliveries. If we find any specific customer account having high percentage of return and delivery refusal, the customer account will be barred from enjoying COD facility. In order to safeguard the interest of our genuine customers, customer accounts abusing our return policy will also be barred from enjoying free shipping facility.
For your convenience we are outlining the return process as below.
- If the product you received is either damaged or incorrect or is not similar to the one you ordered, the same is eligible for return. You can also return a part of your order.
- For returns, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Once our team receives the return request and approve the request, we will arrange a pick up from our end and inform you about the same.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must be in its original packaging with the price tag intact. Any product that is not being returned along with the original packaging, automatically disqualifies for a return.
- On receiving the product back, our team will inspect it for quality and on approval, we will confirm you about the refund and process the same.
- In case of prepaid orders, your refund will be made through the same mode as you initially chose to make the payment for your order. In case of COD orders, return would be made through bank transfer via NEFT. In this case, while returning the product you must send along a cancelled cheque of your bank account to which you would like to receive the refund back. The refund will be credited to you within 7 business days of receiving the product back at our warehouse.
- In case of prepaid order, we will give a full refund for the price that you paid for the product. For COD orders, COD charge that you paid will be deducted from the full amount before refund is made.
- Since most of our products are unique, we do not provide exchange facility.
Conditions under which return is not possible
- Any product that has been purchased on offer/sale is not eligible for return.
- The product is used or has stains or any other damage. In case you received the product in this condition, please contact us with the photo of the damaged product at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The original product packaging or price tags have been tampered with.
- The product has been washed or dry cleaned before returning.
Cancellation of Order
You can cancel your order or part of the order at any time prior to the initiation of shipment process. In this case, we will refund the entire order amount for prepaid orders. For COD orders, we will simply cancel the order. Once the shipment process begins, your order will no longer be eligible for cancellation.
