Shipping Policy

At Tantutvaa, we take utmost care to ensure that your products get delivered to you on time and hassle-free. For this, we partner with the best logistic partners in the industry.

We deliver our products absolutely FREE within India! For international delivery, shipping charges need to be borne by the customer including custom duty (if any applicable) and irrespective of the order amount. At present we ship to USA, Canada, UK, UAE and Singapore and soon we plan to extend shipping to other parts of the world. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and are based on weight. We provide best and cheapest shipping charges for our international orders. Any custom duty or VAT has to be borne by the customer. Our I/E Code is AAHCT2486P. We accept international payments through Razorpay payment gateway. For payment using international cards, please choose Razorpay during checkout.

Cash-On-Delivery (COD) facility is available only in India and for domestic orders with order value less than or equal to Rs. 6000/-. For COD orders, an additional COD handling charge would be levied. COD handling charge varies based on your order value:

Note, COD facility may not be available during sale.

The items you see in our collection, are already available in our warehouse as we maintain 100% inventory. We typically dispatch your order from our warehouse within 24 - 48 hours of placing the order. COD orders are however a little delayed than prepaid orders as they are subject to confirmations. Due to this, processing of COD orders can take an extra time of 24 – 48 hours.  If you want a quicker delivery, opting for a prepaid order is the best option. For international orders, sarees are given complimentary fall and edging. Due to this, we need about a week’s time to get the order ready for dispatch. To order more than 10 items as a single order, please contact us at +91-8287665063. We consider it as a bulk order if the order quantity is more than 10. We don’t process such orders through our website.

Our free standard shipping option for domestic orders, deliver products within 4-7 days of dispatch. All our international orders are delivered within 10 - 12 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unfavorable weather condition and any other social or political situation. Delivery of orders are duly done to the address as specified by you at the time of order.

Please note we don’t have any hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The shipping rates mentioned on the website are final.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking information. Additionally, you will also receive updates via email and SMS. In case of COD orders, please ensure that someone is available at your shipping address to accept the order and pay the cash by tendering exact change. We do not accept payment through cheque or demand draft.

Any change in shipping address will be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. You can contact us for the change request via email care@tantutvaa.com.

Cancellation requests will also be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order only.
